The flat is conveniently located in Mainz Munchfeld, in a quiet residental area. The university can be reached on foot in less than 10minutes. Public transports are also within walking distance (line 6 and 68 - stop An der Dreispitz - is 3 minutes away; the University tram/bus stop is 5 min walk away). Supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi and Ekeda) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
Parking spots are available in the street. In the building is availbale a washing machine/laudry room.
