Universität Mainz ist auch in der Nähe, eine Haltestelle von Hauptbahnhof West oder 10 min Fußweg.
Taubertsbergbad und Fitness Centrum sind nur circa 2-3 minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Es gibt viele Parkplätze im Hof für Autos und auch für Fahrräder.

It is about 5 minutes walk from the main train station and 2 minutes walk from the main train station West.
The shopping center, King Center (Edeka, Aldi, Post office and several restaurants) is only 5min walk away.
University Mainz is also near, one stop from Central Station West or a 10 minute walk.
Taubertsbergbad (Outdoor and Indoor swimming pool, Spa) and Fitness Center are only about 2 to 3 minutes walk.
There are plenty of parking in the yard for cars and also for bicycles.
