Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug. Außerdem kann man im Hinterhof Fahrräder abstellen.
Die Wohnung hat eine Kückenzeile und ein Bad, möbiliert ist sie mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Tisch mit zwei Stühlen.
Es kommt tagsüber sehr viel Licht herein, da sie zwei große Fenster hat.
Außerdem wirkt sie durch die weißen Möbel und den hellen Boden sehr einladend 🌞

Super Lage in der Neustadt nah am Rhein, viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe 🌞 ich mag die Wohnung sehr gerne und ziehe aus, da mir ein Wohnheimsplatz angeboten wurde.
Die Busstationen Feldbergplatz, Sömmeringstraße und Synagogenplatz sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Etwa 2 minuten entfernt liegt ein kleiner Nahkauf, sonst befinden sich noch 2 größere Rewe in der Nähe.

Die Miete beträgt für den neuen Mieter/die neue Mieterin 400€ pro Monat, Strom und Internet sind in diesem Preis noch nicht enthalten. Ich hatte für meine Mietzeit einen Vertrag bei dem ich monatlich etwa 17€ für Wlan gezahlt habe. Dieser würde noch bis Mitte Juni laufen, vielleicht könnte man den übernehmen.
