Bright, Central 1-Room Apartment near Main Station Helle, zentrale 1-Zimmer Wohnung nähe Hauptbahnhof

I rent my small apartment for a month from 01.06.25 - on the exact day it does not arrive, so even if it is only the 04.06 and may stay 3-5 weeks. :

The apartment is bright, completely furnished and has everything you need. The balcony is to the tracks, which naturally makes it a bit louder, but sunny all day.
There are rollos, washing machine in the extra room & a dishwasher.

Ich vermiete meine kleine Wohnung für einen Monat ab dem 01.06.25 - auf den genauen Tag kommt es nicht an, also melde dich auch wenn es erst der 04.06 wird und 3-5 Wochen bleiben magst. :)

Die Wohnung ist hell, komplett möbiliert und hat alles was man braucht. Der Balkon ist zu den Gleisen, wodurch es natürlich etwas lauter ist, dafür aber den ganzen Tag sonnig.
Es gibt Rollos, Waschamschine im extra Raum & einen Geschirrspühler.
