Die kleine, aber feine Wohnung liegt in der sehr schönen Adam-Karrillon-Straße, die dank ihres Einbahnstraßenverkehrs angenehm ruhig ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof und Stadtmitte in unmittelbarer Laufnähe. Der Boden ist mit PVC-Boden in Parkettoptik ausgelegt, im Duschbad natürlich Fliesen. Die kleine Einbauküche hat ein eigenes Fenster, einen Herd mit 2 Platten und einen Kühlschrank.
Die Nebenkosten belaufen sich auf 120 Euro, das ergibt eine Warmmiete von 390 plus Strom. Ich habe 30 € für den Strom monatlich bezahlt.
