Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Neustadt in der Naehe vom Hauptbahnhof (10 min Gehweg). Es ist eine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung mit einer Kueche, einigen Moebeln, zusaetzlich einem Parkplatz im dazugehoerigen Parkhaus und Platz im Keller um Dinge zu lagern. Es gibt auch einen Balkon, der sich ideal dazu eignet im Fruehling und Sommer die Sonne zu geniessen.
Die Wohnung ist fuer eine Person geeignet. Eine Spuelmaschine, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Herd, kleiner Kuehlschrank, ein Kleidschrank und Stuehle von Ikea gehoeren dazu. Ich wuerde aber auch meine restlichen Moebel (Bett, Sofa, Esstisch, Schreibtisch, Teppich und Lampe) fuer 250Euro abtreten bei Interesse.
Die Warmmiete betraegt 710 Euro (ohne Internet und Storm). Im Moment ist der Parkplatz untervermietet fuer 80Euro. Der Rewe ist keine 5min entfernt. Cafes, Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuss auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein Baecker befindet sich direkt gegenueber und ein Obst- und Gemueseladen ist ebenfalls nebenan. Auch gibt es einen kleinen Garten und Platz fuer das eigene Fahrrad.

The posted Studio flat is located in Neustadt and also is very close to the Main station. It’s 1,5 room studio apartment with basic kitchen amenities, furnishing, dedicated underground parking Space and storage. The flat also has a nice balcony and one can enjoy pleasant sun shine during summers and spring.
The flat is only suitable for single person occupancy. The house comes equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, Electric stove, a small refrigerator, a closet and Ikea chairs. However I would like to pass on my extra furniture (bed, couch, dinner table, study table, carpet, lamp) for a nominal price of 250€ (negotiable) to the next interested tenant.
The total rent is 790€ (warm) excluding Wi-Fi and electricity. At the moment, parking space is rented out for 80€. 10 minutes walk to Hbf and 5 mins walk to nearest Rewe, and 6-8mins walk to nearest cafes, parks and bars in Neustadt. The nearest bakery and vegetable-fruit stores are located in same neighborhood (right down stares). The apartment also has a small garden and storage space for bicycles.
