wenn du eine schöne Wohnung für dich alleine suchst, in einer guten aber ruhigen Lage von Mainz, dann bist du hier genau richtig.
Die Wohnung wurde 2013 komplett neu renoviert, ist voll möbliert und es fehlt an nichts.
Da ich ein Semester im Ausland studieren werde ist die Wohnung von Mitte August 2015 bis Ende Januar 2016 zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Die Wohnung liegt am Anfang der schönen Oberstadt in der Nähe vom Gautor und der Uniklinik. Der Schillerplatz in der Stadtmitte und auch das Römische Theater sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. An der Uniklinik (Fußweg 5 Minuten) gibt es einen großen REWE.
Zusätzlich zur Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen privaten Kellerraum für Fahrrad oder ähnliches. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine für das komplette Haus mit Waschplan.
