Kleine aber feine 1 Zimmer Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim Oberstadt.
Es wird Vorrausgesetzt, dass man Student der JGU in Mainz ist. Sollte man kein Student sein ist es leider nicht möglich das Appartement zu mieten. Internetanschluss ist Kostenfrei bzw. in der Miete mit inbegriffen. (Voraussetzung ist ein Uni Acoount)

Die Lage ist echt schnieke mit weitem Ausblick Richtung Frankfurt (Osten) dementsprechend sieht man durchaus schöne Sonnenaufgänge.
Die Bahn Richtung Stadt/Uni ist 2 min Entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad brauch man ca. 12 min zum Hauptbahnhof und ca 15 min zur Uni. Nächster Rewe ist eine Bahnstation entfernt (8 min Laufweg) und Bäcker,Döner,Pizza,kleiner Kiosk,Tankstelle quasi direkt vor der Tür.
Da ich in eine WG umziehe brauche ich ggf. einige Dinge (z.B Teile des Kücheninventars, Couch...) nicht mehr und würde sie gegen einen kleinen Obolus abtreten :)
