Ich vermiete meine sehr gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, befristet (Ab 6 Monate - 12 Monate).
Die Wohnung ist modern und teilmöbliert und für ihre Größe gut geschnitten. Du hast einen kleinen Flur der ins Schlafzimmer und ins Bad führt. Die Wohnküche ist separat, bietet Platz für einen Esstisch und geht in den Balkon über.
Die Küchenzeile ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Waschmaschine (standard-) Küchenutensilien etc. Das Bad ist klein aber fein, mit Dusche.
Bonus: Du hast sogar einen Balkon mit Sonnenbank :)
Dein Schlafzimmer ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet daher bekommt man von der befahrenen Gaustraße wenig mit.
Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum sind +/- 1-2 Wochen flexibel ( nach Absprache)!
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Du wohnst sehr zentral, bist in nur 5 Minuten Fußweg am Schillerplatz oder am nächsten Supermarkt und in nur 2 Minuten an der S-Bahn Haltestelle "Gautor".
Trotzdem hast du vom Balkon aus einen Blick ins Grüne und hast auch einen Stadtpark oder das römische Theater in unmittelbarer Nähe.
