die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock und ist nicht einsehbar von außen; im Flur ist eine kleine Küchenzeile, der Fußboden im Zimmer ist erst vor drei Jahr erneuert worden. Strom muss selber angemeldet werden. Einmalig wir für die Verwaltung eine "Umzugspauschale" von 50 ,- € fällig. Ich suche einen Mieter, der länger in der Wohnung bleibt; es sollte keine Übergabgslösung sein.
Es wird entweder zum 1.10.23 oder zum 1.11.23. Das wußte der Mietre noch nicht.
