Zudem hat das Appartement einen riesigen Balkon - etwa 2,00x4,00m. Die Zwischenmiete wäre bis August/September 2019.

The appartment is fully furnished, approximately 32m² big and includes a hall, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate kitchen - only a mattress needs to be brought. I would like to rent the flat until August/September 2019.
Von hier aus sind die Bushaltestelle Feierwache, der Bahnhof Porz Rhein und die Station Porz Mitte super erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Kiosk, Hit, Aldi, Lidl und einen türkischen Supermarkt. Auch der Rhein ist nicht weit entfernt.

The bus station Feuerwache, the train station Porz Rhein and the station Porz Mitte are easy to reach. A Kiosk, Hit, Aldi, Lidl and a turkish supermarket are in walkable distance as well. The river rhine isn't far either.
