Hallo!
Wegen meines Uniwechsels suche ich zum 1.3. einen Nachmieter für mein Appartement im Wohnheim Weisenau (also leider nur für Studenten der Uni/FH).
Es kostet warm (inkl. Storm, Heizung, Internet etc.) 264 € / Monat und hat 18 qm mit Kochnnische und Bad. Zudem ist es möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch und Esstisch.
Mein Appartement befindet sich im 3. OG und hat ein großes Fenster.
Außerdem habt ihr eine gute Busverbindung, denn der Bus hält direkt vorm Wohnheim und kommt alle 15 minuten (20 minuten zur Uni).
Waschraum mit ausreichend Geräten, eine Wohnheimbar und ein Wohnheimkino gibt es ebenfalls im Wohnheim.
Ihr verfügt über einen Kabelanschluss für euren Fernseher und über Wlan.
