Wegen Umzug bin ich auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Mainz-Weisenau. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 12.Stock von dem man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die ganze Stadt hat. Direkt am Haus befindet sich die Bushaltestelle mit Linie 65/64/90. Zudem ist gegenüber vom Haus ein Netto, ein Rewe und ein italienisches Restaurant im Eingangsbereich. Der Wohungspreis reduziert sich für Studenten auf 320 Euro/Monat.
