Meine Angebot ist, dass du für 300€ ab 15. August bis 30. September bleiben kannst.
Das Zimmer ist teilmobiliert.
Der Einzelappartement (EA, eigene Küche, eigenes Bad) ist ca. 18 qm groß.
Die Appartements gehen von einem gemeinsamen Flur ab und sind jeweils ausgestattet mit:
Bett (mit Matratze)
Bettkasten
Kleiderschrank
Regal
Schreibtisch
Schubladenschränkchen
Stuhl x2
Kühlschrank
Das Zimmer ist weiß gestrichen (Löcher und Flecken verboten).
Küche
In jedem Appartement befindet sich eine kleine Küche mit:

1 Spülbecken
Bäder und Toiletten
Zu jedem Appartement gehört außerdem ein kleines Bad mit:

Hi,
I'm an Eramus student and I'm living Mainz on July 15th (date flexible if you need to come a couple of days earlier). My room will be free then until the 30th of September.
The rend will be 300€ for the month and a half.
The room has its own kitchen and bathroom, there are furnitures (bed, table, desk, chairs, etc.) and I'll leave behind a few handy things like plates, pots, cups, glasses, bin bags, quilt, etc. So if you need anything, I'll be happy to help :)
It's a nice place to live, not too far from town, and very cheap!
There are many other students here, which is nice to meet some other people.
Feel free to ask any question.

Die Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Wohnanlage, und man braucht ca. 15/20, um in der Stadt gehen, und 25/30min, um in der Universität gehen.
Es gibt 2 Busse, und alles ist einfach.
Es gibt Lidl, Bauhaus, Real, usw. ca. 5 Min.
Die Autobahn am 2 Min? (so praktisch!)

Bus stops just in front of the building. 15/20 to go to town, and 25/30 min to go to uni.
All shops just beside. Other facilities with easy access in the town Weisenau.
Mails und Telefon sind gut (mein Deutsch ist nicht prima, aber ich kann auch Englisch und Französisch sprechen).
Mails and phone are both fine, I can't speak German that well, but I can do English and French with no problem.
