Suche ab dem erstem September einen Nachmieter für mein Appartment im Studentenwohnheim Weisenau. Es ist 18qm groß und voll möbliert, mit Kochnische und Bad. In den 299€ ist alles inclusive. Auch Internet.
Im Keller des Hauses befinden sich Waschmaschinen und ein Stellplatz für Euer Fahrrad. Ein Parkplatz kann ebenfalls angemietet werden.
Das Wohnheim bietet viele Möglichkeiten ander Leute kennenzulernen und Spaß zu haben: regelmäßige Partys in der Wohnheimbar, Kinoabende, Grillpartys und für Eure Computer/internetprobleme kümmert sich ein Hausinterne Netzwerk-AG! Aber ebenso kann man hier sein Ruhe haben und für sich alleine sein.
Das Wohneim Weisenau ist an die Linien 64,65 und 90 angebunden, mit einer Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür.

I am looking for tenant for my appartment in Wohnheim Weisenau. If you a registered student at the university of Mainz you can extend your stay up to 5 semester.
The size of the room is about 18 square meters with a kitchenette and own bathroom with toilet and shower. The monthly rent is 299€ including everything!

Das Wohnheim liegt in Weisenau nähe Bauhaus. Der Volkspark ist nicht weit. Mein Zimmer bietet zudem einen schönen Ausblick auf Mainz
Studenten bevorzugt, da diese direkt als Nachmieter einziehen können.
