Wonderful one room apartment in Weisenau. It is part of the student accommodation from the Studieredenwerk Mainz. There are three different buildings part of the student accommodations. So you will have the benefits of living around students but keeping your privacy of a separate apartment.
It is located in a very good area. One can reach different supermarkets by foot. For example Lidl, Aldi, Bauhaus, Edeka, and DM can be reached in around 10-15min walk.
There is a bus stop just 3min by foot. From there you can go easily to the Uni or to the city center.
The apartment is split between two rooms. One contains the bedroom and the kitchen and the other is the bathroom. The whole apartment is furnished with everything needed for living: bed, closet, two chairs, two tables, bathtub, fridge, cooking hobs...
It is a sublease from the Studieredenwerk, so a can only offer the place from the 1st to the 30th of September.
