Ich suche zum 1. Januar 2011 eine Ein- bis Zwei-Zimmerwohnung in Mainz, ein früherer Mietbeginn bis einschließlich 1. Dezember 2010 ist auch möglich. Die Warmiete sollte nicht mehr als 450€ betragen. Innenstadtlage wäre wünschenswert, Vororte von Mainz oder Wiesbaden kommen jedoch auch in Betracht.
