Single apartment - Student

Hello, I'm Jingning Cao, male, 24 years old, a visiting student at Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research (MPIP).
I'm outgoing and easy to get along with others. I have good work and rest habits. Often, I get up at 8-9 am and sleep at 11-12 pm. At rest time, I am quiet and often watch movies or listen to music with earphones. I like cooking, and I usually cook several times a week.
I'd like to rent a single apartment in Mainz. I hope it is near to MPIP (Ackermannweg 10).
