Frei ab den, 01.3.2016 Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man braucht zur Straßenbahn ca.2 min zu Fuß. In die Stadt ca. 10 min. und zur Uni ca. 15 min. zum Fuß. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung ist in ein guten und sauberen zustand.
Strom und Internet sind nicht in der Miete enthalten. Mindestlaufzeit 1 Jahr, ansonsten unbefristet.
Sehr zentral . Man braucht nur wenige Minuten in die Innenstadt und zur Universität ca. 10 min.. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Straßenbahn ca. 2 min. zu Fuß entfernt.
Ludwigshafen kann man zu Fuß in ca.15 min erreichen oder in 2 min mit der Straßenbahn.

Im Haus selber wohnen ca. 70% Studenten. Eine Tiefgarage in dem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann ist auch vorhanden.
