Da ich von September bis Februar ein Semester im Ausland verbringen werde, möchte ich für diesen Zeitraum meine schön eingerichtete Wohnung im Wohnheim Hafenstraße im Jungbusch vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist 25m2 groß und besitzt ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und eine Kochnische.
Das Haus ist außerdem mit Aufzug, Fahrradkeller und einem Waschraum ausgestattet.
Die Monatsmiete beträgt 350€, hierbei sind alle Kosten inklusive GEZ und Internet mit eingeschlossen.
Die Wohnung gehört zum Studentenwerk und kann deswegen nur an eingeschriebene Studenten vermietet werden.
I'll be subletting my beautiful furnished apartment from September 01 till January 31st.
The apartment has 25 square meters. It has its own kitchen as well as its own bathroom.
There's an elevator, bicycle storage room and laundry facilities in the house.
The monthly rent will be 350€, there will be no extra costs. Internet usage is already included.
Since the apartment is part of student housing, it can only be sublet to university students.
Das Apartment liegt im Jungbusch, unweit vom Industriehafen und mit Blick auf den Neckar.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, da es eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus gibt und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle auch nur knapp 10 min zu Fuß entfernt ist.
Mit dem Bus erreicht man in knapp 10 Minuten die Universität und zu Fuß braucht man etwa 20 Minuten bis zum Paradeplatz.
The Apartment is located in the so called Jungbusch and right next to the river Neckar.
There's a bus stop right in front of the house and the tram station is less than 10 minutes away.
The bus will take you in less than 10 minutes to the campus and the city center is about 20 minutes away by foot.
