Die Wohnung ist möbliert, mit einem Schreibtisch, 1,40m Bett, zwei Regalen, zwei Wandbrettern und einem Schuhschrank. Die Möbel müssen gegen eine einmalige Gebühr von 350 € übernommen werden.
Außerdem gibt es eine Pantry Küche mit Kühl-/Gefrierkombination von Liebherr, sowie zwei Herdplatten und Spüle (Eigentum des Vermieters).
Die Wohnung ist in zum Innenhof gerichtet und hat einen kleinen Balkon.
Im Keller des Hauses gibt es Münzwaschmaschinen und Trockner, sowie einen Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung liegt 2 Gehminuten vom Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof entfernt, trotzdem hört man vom Bahnhof in der Wohnung nichts. Man bekommt quasi jeden Zug und ist auch sofort in der Innenstadt. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt 1 Minute entfernt.
Um die Ecke, auch nur 1 Minute entfernt, befindet sich ein Penny. Nicht viel weiter weg gibt es noch einen Rewe, Cap und Rossman, sowie eine Vielzahl von Bäckern und Restaurants.
Außerdem sind die Rheinterrassen mit viel grün genau um die Ecke. Wo man auch gut Joggen, oder auf der Wiese direkt am Rheinufer entspannen kann.
In 2 Minuten ist außerdem eine Packstation erreichbar. Für die Amazon Fans ;)
Achja und der Lindenhof ist meiner Meinung nach der schönste (und sicherste) Stadtteil in Mannheim.
