Hallo Studis,
da ich den Sommer über nach Köln muss, biete ich im oben genannten Zeitraum mein Apartment(vom Studentenwerk) zur Zwischenmiete.
Hier die Vorteile:
-Haltestelle in direkter Nähe (Uni ca 12 min, Berufsakademie 16 min)
-Tengelmann direkt im Haus (geöffnet bis 22Uhr)
-Nähe zum Strandbad (Rhein) und zum Stollenwörthweiher
-keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, dennoch sehr hell
Die Möbel sind vom Studentenwerk, zusätzlich befindet sich noch ein Schlafsofa und ein Küchenschrank in der Wohnung. Es ist eine Internet- (10000er) und Festnetztelefonflat im Mietpreis enthalten (Kabel BW)
Bei Fragen einfach melden und Termin ausmachen.
