Hallo 🙂. Ich studiere an der HdBA dual und möchte für 4 Monate meine Wohnung untervermieten, und zwar an Saubere Studenten, denn ich lege auch viel Wert auf Sauberkeit.
Die Wohnung ist mit 12 qm ziemlich kein, jedoch ist eigentlich alles da, was man braucht, wie eigenes Bad, Kochbereich, Tisch, Bett, Kühlschrank,...

Ich möchte ehrlich sein: Neckarstadt-West ist für mich kein schönes Viertel. Jedoch ist es zur Bahnhaltestelle (Bürgermeister Fuchs Straße) höchstens 5m Fußweg, also die Anbindung finde ich super.

Ich denke die Wohnung ist unter Anderem interessant für Personen, die erstmal eine halbwegs bezahlbare, aber ordentliche Unterkunft suchen, ohne dass das Stadtviertel schön sein muss. Über die Anbindung kann man sich finde ich nicht beschweren. Bei Fragen bitte mich gerne anschreiben.
