Hallo zusammen,
ich suche eine/n Untermieter/in ab 01.01.2020 bis 31.03.2020 in Mannhein Neckarstadt-Ost für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ca. 25 m2 groß. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet (alle Möbel sind neu). Für die Wohnung hätte ich gerne 1 Monatsmiete Kaution. Desweiteren besitzt die Wohnung eine kleine Küche, ein kleines Bad, ein relativ großen Wohnraum und einen Balkon. Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgestellt werden.
Die Straßenbahn ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Auch in die Innenstadt benötigt man nur 15 min zu Fuß. An der DHBW, Coblitzallee ist man in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto und in ca. 20 min mit der Bahn. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man hier gut unterwegs. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig gelegen zu einem großen Innenhof hin.
Um die Ecke befindet sich ein Penny, in der Nähe gibt es auch ein REWE.

Geschirr, Drucker, TV, Mikrowelle, Senseo-Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden.
