Ich suche einen Untermieter für den Zeitraum vom 07.08.17-17.11 für mein Einzelapartment + Tiefgaragenstellplatz.
Im Zimmer sind folgende Möbel enthalten: Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch/Schreibtischstuhl, Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, Schuhablage und ein Schrank. Auf dem Balkon steht ein Tisch + ein Gartenstuhl. Küchenutensilien sind ebenfalls vorhanden. WLAN ist vorhanden.
Waschmaschinen, Trockner, Partyraum, und Fahhradkeller stehen zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung zur Verfügung.
Das Studentenwohnheim Eastside befindet sich im Stadtteil Neuostheim. Der Luisenpark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur nächsten Straßenbahnstation braucht zu Fuß ca. 2 Minuten. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in ca.10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die DHBW (Coblitzalee) ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen (Mit dem Fahhrad ca. 10 Minuten). Das Wohnheim wurde 2009 erbaut, dementsprechend moder/schön sind die Apartments.
