Die Wohnung ist schon moebiliert. Sie hat ein grosses Bett, Schrank, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Tisch, Kleiderschrank, Bettsofa und Waschmaschine. Ich verkaufe alles fuer 600 euro. Die Moebeln sind fast neu, da ich letztes Jahr umgezogen bin und habe alles neu gekauft.

The flat is almost at Paradeplatz. All supermarkets and shops ar reachable by foot in a couple of minutes.
The train Station is also very close, only 15min away from the appartment.
The appartment has one nice room with 2 Windows, a separate Kitchen, Bathroom with Shower, Window and a Wasching mashine. There is also a cellar for your extra stuff.
The appartment is already furnished. It has a big bed, 2 closets, table, Bookshelf, bed-sofa. I am selling everything, Washing mashine included, for 600 euro. The furniture is almost new, since I moved to Mannheim 8 months ago.
The rent is 465 euro/month. Hiting and Water expenses are included in the rent.
