da ich für ein Praktikum ab 1. Januar 2016 nicht in Mannheim bin, untervermiete ich mein Einzimmer-Appartement für 6 Monate (über Abweichungen können wir gerne sprechen). Das Zimmer ist möbliert, Nebenkosten und Internet sind inklusive. Das Appartement liegt im B7 Studentenwohnheim und ist ein zwei Jahre alter Neubau. Die Wohnheimnachbarn sind sehr ruhig, Mittwochs gibt es im Nachbargebäude einen Wohnheimsabend, falls man soziale Kontakte sucht.

Hi,
I’m leaving Mannheim for an internship from January 1st for 6 month, therefore subletting my single-room apartment (if you’re planning on a different stay period, we can of course talk about that). The room is furnished; internet and utility cost are included. The apartment is part of the newly built student dormitory building B7. The floor neighbors are very quiet. If you feel like socializing, every Wednesday there is a bar evening in the neighbor building.
Das Wohnheim liegt im Quadrat B7, 5 Gehminuten zur Uni. Supermärkte sind auch in 7min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Bahnhaltestelle Rheinstraße ist 1min entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 15min zu Fuß.

The dormitory building is located in the quadratic city center, 5 walking minutes to university. Supermarkets are ~7min by foot. The tram station “Rheinstraße” is 1min away. The train station is 15min by foot.
