Es handelt sich um eine 24qm große, sehr helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung in einem Studentenwohnheim.
Ein Schreibtisch, Schlafcouch sowie ein Regal sind bereits in der Wohnung vorhanden. Weitere Gegenstände können während der Zeit gerne mitgebracht werden. Internet ist meinerseits ebenfalls vorhanden.
Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Man ist in 10 Minuten am Paradeplatz, in einer Minute an der Straßenbahn und auch die Universität ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Wohnheim bietet ebenfalls einen großen Parkplatz, wo es zu manchen Zeiten allerdings sehr voll werden kann. Meistens aber kein Problem.
Es handelt sich um eine Zwischenmiete. Die bereits beschriebenen Möbel werde ich in der Wohnung lassen. Ich brauche von euch lediglich eine Kopie des Personalausweises und die Immatrikulationsbescheinigung oder irgendein Zertifikat das zeigt das ihr Schüler oder Azubi seid.
