Meine super zentrale Wohnung in den Quadraten von Mannheim wird zum 01.10 frei. Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Gehminuten vom Paradeplatz und vom Schloss Mannheim entfernt. Küche und Wohn-Schlafbereich sind getrennt. Die Miete beträgt 385,00€ warm.
Da der Vermieter sich eine Stundentin als Mieter wünscht, kann ich leider nur Anfragen von Studentinnen annehmen.
Die Möbel sollen für 450 Euro übernommen werden. Da ich ins Ausland ziehe, mir ist es wichtig, dass alle Möbel vom neuen Mieter/Mieterin gekauft werden.
Haltestelle Schloss nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, Paradeplatz ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in etwa 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Zur Möbelübernahme: Bett (mit Matratze) und Bettwäsche, Nachttisch, Nachttischlampe, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl, große Stehlampe, großer Spiegel, Staubsauger, Küchenzubehöre (Pfanne, Besteck, Töpfe, Teller...), Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion, 2 Wäscheständer.
