Es handelt sich um ein voll möbliertes modernes Einzelapartment im 2.OG mit eigener Küchenzeile.
Das Zimmer ist mit Bett und Matratze, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, großem Kleiderschrank, Esstisch und zwei Stühlen ausgestattet.
Die Küchenzeile ist komplett eingerichtet und verfügt über bspw. eine Mikrowelle und eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine.
Das Bad mit Dusche wird mit einem Studenten / einer Studentin geteilt.
Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller zur kostenlosen Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus hat einen separaten Fahrradabstellplatz.
Das Haus ist erst 2016 fertiggestellt worden und die Wohnungen werden nur für Studenten vermietet.
Bei den Nebenkosten handelt es sich um eine Flatrate, die Strom, Wasser, Müll, Heizung, Treppenhausreinigung, etc. beinhaltet. Es gibt also keine Nachzahlung!

It is a fully furnished modern studio apartment on the 2nd floor with fully fitted contemporary kitchen.
The room includes bed and mattress, large desk, desk chair, wardrobe, dining table and two chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, e. microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom with shower is shared with a student.
A washing machine and dryer are available for free on site in the basement. The house has a separate bike parking garage.
The house was renovated in 2016 and the apartments are only rented for students.
Water, electricity, heating is included in the price. There is no additional payment!
Perfekte Lage für Studenten:
Zur Universität 10 Minuten Fußweg. Außerdem die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist "Marktplatz" und ist zu Fuß ca. 1 Minute entfernt.
In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Aldi, Penny, Rewe), Bars (Cafe Vienna, Destille Nr. 13), Restaurants, Schwimmbad etc.
Rhein, Neckar oder Luisenpark sind auch innerhalb von 15 Minuten (Fuß) zu erreichen.

10 minutes walk to the university. The nearest tram stop is "Marktplatz" and is about 1 minute away on foot.
Within walking distance: supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Penny, Rewe,) bars (cafe, Vienna, Destille No. 13), restaurants, swimming pool etc.
The river Rheine, Neckar and Luisenpark are 15 minutes walks from.
Bei den Ein- und Auszugsdaten bin ich relativ flexibel. Da ich meine Möbel in der Wohnung lasse, wird eine Kaution hinterlegt.
