Hallo,
Da ich nun in eine WG ziehe, wird meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Mannheim Rheinau ab September frei.
Die Wohnung hat 28 m² und liegt im 3.Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Appartement hat eine kleine Kochnische mit 2 Herdplatten und ein Bad mit Dusche. Münzwaschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller vorhanden. Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung ein separates Kellerabteil.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Penny usw.), Apotheken, Bäcker, Dönerläden sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Neuhofer Straße ist nur 1 min zu Fuß entfernt. Mit der Bahn ist man in 20 Min am Hauptbahnhof und in 25 Min an der Universität. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls ausreichend an der Straße, bei Bedarf kann auch ein Privatparkplatz im Hof dazugemietet werden.
Da ich ein paar Möbel in der Wohnung lassen werde (Spiegelschrank Bad, Hängeschränke Küche, Kleiderschrank, Tisch und zwei Barhocker), beträgt die Abschlagszahlung 350 Euro.
