Hallo,
Meine kleine aber feine Wohnung wird frei und ich suche einen geeigneten Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung liegt Richtung Westen zum Innenhof und ist dadurch wirklich ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Eingangsbereich von dort gehts entweder zum Bad oder ins Zimmer, das ca. 20 m² groß ist. Von dort geht es in die kleine Küche.
Der Boden in Eingang und Zimmer ist PVC. Er hat aber ein schönes Holzmuster. Küche und Bad haben Fließen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Hbf, Musikhochschule und Wasserturm sind keine 5 min.zu Fuß entfernt.
Bei der Uni ist man auch recht schnell, und ganz in der Nähe fährt auch sonst die 1 vorbei.
In der Wohnung werden für ca. 500€ Möbel drin bleiben.
