Kleine Wohnung mit Balkon in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Marktplatz. Die nächste Straßenbahnstation liegt ca. 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Uni Ma lässt sich in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichen. Zur HS Mannheim sind es mit der Bahn etwa 15 min. In der Nähe sind auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und ich würde sie gerne möbiliert vermieten. Bei schönem Wetter kann man den großen Balkon nutzen.
Das Haus ist relativ ruhig, obwohl es von vielen Studenten bewohnt wird. Es gibt kein Wlan in der Wohnung, aber 5G Empfang. Ich habe einfach einen unlimited Vertrag.
Ich würde die Wohnung gerne von März bis mindestens Juli untervermieten. Eventuell kann die Wohnung danach auch dauerhaft übernommen werden.
