Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 über eine große Öffnung miteinander komunizierenden Zimmern. Die kleine vom Wohnraum teilweise getrennte Kochnische besteht aus Spüle, 2 Kochplatten und Kühlschrank. Die Heizkosten sind nach energetischer Sanierung exstrem niedrig. Die Wohnung ist mit schnellem Internet-Anschluss (Glasfaser) und SAT-Anschluß ausgestattet. Die Wohnug befindet sich in einem 3-Familien-Haus verfügt aber über separaten Eingang. Parken ist vor dem Haus möglich.
Der sehr geplegte, ruhige Stadtteil Bauerbach befindet sich auf dem Lahnberge ca. 1 Km vom Uniklinikum und 2 Km von den naturwissenschaftlichen Instituen. Die Busverbindung mit der Stadt Marburg ( ca. 7 Km) ist vorhanden. Ein eigene PKW wäre jedoch vorteilhaft. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich 2 Km entfernt im Nachbardorf.
Die Haltung eines ruhigen, nicht aggressiven Hundes oder einer Katze ist erlaubt.Rauchen ist außerhalb der Wohnung erlaubt.
