Die Wohnung ist ca. 33 qm groß. Sie hat einen Balkon, eine kleine Abstellkammer und außerdem ein ausreichend großes Bad. Die Küche ist in einer Nische.
Durch das große Fenster ist die Wohnung immer lichtdurchflutet.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Erlenring, 3/4 Minuten zum Rewe, Aldi und DM und genauso weit zur Mensa.
Zum Hörsaalgebäude sind es ca 6/7 Minuten zu Fuß und bis zur Uni-Bibliothek ca 10 Minuten.
Mein Bett und die Couch würde ich für insgesamt 50€ dort lassen (im Bild zu sehen).
Im Mietvertrag ist eine 1Mbit/s Leitung enthalten, dazu braucht man aber einen Kabelrouter. Der zur Wohnung gehörige Stellplatz kann weiter vermietet werden.
