Wohnung liegt 50m am Naturschutzgebiet Lahnaue. Infrastrukturanbindung hervorragend: Rewe (bis 22:00 Uhr) Aldi etc. 20 min Fußweg, wie auch Bahnhof. Autobahnauffahrt in 1 km Entfernung. Sehr ruhige Lage. Direkt am Naturschutzgebiet Lahnaue. In 30 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Marburg über Radwege durch traumhafte Landschaft.

Das Zimmer liegt im Nebengebäude des Haupthauses. Man erreicht es über den Innenhof über eine Treppe zum separaten Eingang. Vor dem Haus ist eine Spielstraße, es ist also ruhig. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 50m entfernt, der Bahnhof zufuß ca. 20min. Autobahnauffahrt ist ca. 1km entfernt, liegt aber so, das man den Verkehr nicht hört.
Einmal die Straße runter ist man direkt im Naturschutzgebiet.
