Im hellen Wohn-/Schlafzimmer stehen ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Bücherregal, eine Kommode und ein komfortables Schlafsofa.
Neben einer kleinen Küche mit Mikrowelle steht ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Garten.
