warum nicht kurzfristig in eine Zwischenmiete gehen und in aller Ruhe eine Wohnung suchen. Ich habe vor, vom 01.11.11 bis zum 31.12.11, vielleicht auch bis zum 31.01.12 meine Whg zu vermieten. Details: 1 Zimmer-Apartment, ca. 24 qm, mit Wohnküche, Balkon, und nat. ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken u.WC. Wohnlage: Campus am Erlenring, zwischen Mensa und PhilFak, zentraler gehts nicht. Miete ist ein wenig hoch, aber ich schlage nicht drauf, so sind hier leider die Preise - 475 € incl. Strom, Heizung. Per Mail, könnt ich dir Fotos schicken und wir ein Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
