Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in zum 15.08.2014, da ich am 15.08. umziehe. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses im Südviertel (Schückingstraße). Es gibt eine Pantryküche (2 Herdplatten, kein Ofen) und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche (keine Heizung, kein Fenster). Es gibt für alle Bewohner eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Erdgeschoss. Die Benutzung kostet 2 Euro pro Waschgang und 1 Euro pro Trockengang. Die Wohnung ist durch ihre vier Fenster sehr hell. Die Nachbarn sind relativ ruhig, man kann jedenfall nachts gut schlafen. Es gibt Parkplätze vor dem Haus, ich kenne mich mit der Parksituation jedoch nicht aus, da ich keinen PKW besitze.
Bushaltestellen sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt liegt fußläufig (15 Min). Es gibt ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, eine Bäckerei und eine Tankstelle um die Ecke. Der Tegut ist 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt.
