Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meinen Zentral gelegen 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung in der Marburg Oberstadt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein eigenes Tageslichtbad inklusive Badewanne sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank. Die Wohnungsübernahme kann gerne auch bereits vor dem 1.5 erfolgen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral gelegen verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bushaltestellen sind in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Nachteile der guten Lage ist leider ein sehr schlechtes Angebot an Parkmöglichkeiten, außer man beantragt einen Anwohner Parkausweis.
Die Vermietung erfolgt leider Ausschlieslich an Studenten und eine Elternbürgschaft ist erforderlich.
