Hallo,
Da ich zum 1.10. Marburg verlasse, wird meine 1 Zimmer- Wohnung (+ Küche extra, und Bad) zentral in der Stadt in der Nähe der E-Kirche frei. Die Wohnung hat sehr hohe Decken, wodurch sie nochmal viel größer und heller erscheint. Viel Licht bieten auch die hohen Fenster.
Zu Fuß sind es zur Oberstadt nur circa 5 min, zum Bahnhof 8 min und zur Uni auch etwa 8 min.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist etwa 3 min entfernt. Von dort fahren Busse in alle Richtungen (Stadt oder Lahnberge).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist circa 28 qm groß und kostet 300€ kalt. (NK ca. 100€).
Ein Parkplatz kann eventuell für 20€ dazugemietet werden.
Im Keller hat man Platz seine Waschmaschine anzuschließen.
Außerdem steht ein Abstellraum im Treppenhaus zur Verfügung.
Gerne können auch bei Interesse ein paar Möbel übernommen werden.
