Wegen Berufswechsel suche ich ein/-e Nachmieter/-in für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit EBK, Duschbad und einem zusätzlichen Abstellraum in der Bahnhofsviertel Marburg.
Zu der EBK gehören Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination und Glaskeramik-Kochfeld. Außerdem können alle Möbel sowie Backofen und Mikrowelle (insg. ca. 900 Euro) nach Absprache übergenommen werden. Unitymedia Anschluss sowie Waschmaschinenanschluss sind vorhanden.
Ein Stromvertrag ist mit dem Stadtwerk Marburg abzuschließen, ca. 25 Euro pro Monat.
Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Kaufhaus sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Gebäude, mit gute Verbindungsmöglichkeiten sowohl in der Stadtmitte (6 min) als auch auf den Lahnbergen (18 min). Hauptbahnhof ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ideal für Berufspendler.
Meiste Bewohner im Gebäude sind Studenten, Berufstätige sind auch willkommen.
