Hallo, ich suche vom 01.09.2020 bis zum 31.12.2020 eine/n Zwischenmieter/in da ich wegen eines Praktikums für einige Zeit in eine andere Stadt ziehen werde.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und in gutem Zustand, siehe Bilder. Ich erwarte einen pfleglichen Umgang mit den vorhandenen Möbelstücken und Elektrogeräten. Es handelt sich um ein Appartement mit kleiner separaten Küche und Bad. Zusätzlich noch ein Balkon mit Blick auf die Lahn.

Die Wohnung ist absolut zentrumsnah, direkt an der Lahn. Es ist nicht laut und der nächste Supermarkt und die nächste Busstation sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
