This is a one room apartment at Erlenring. It's very central and both, the bus stop and the groceries center, medical store (Aldi,DM, Rewe) is 1 min away by walk. The house has its own separate bathroom/toilet. The house is equipped with kitchenette and Fridge. Internet (WiFi) Contract is ongoing for next 1.5 years and the person will need to pay monthly 40 Euros to me (internet is being shared by you and your neighbor, who pays you 25 Euros per month for sharing). Washing machine is shared between 3-4 people living in the building. The house will be offered preferably to a person who is ready to also take over the furniture (fully furnished).
