Die Wohnung kann ab dem 1. August 2019 bis zum 31.3.2020 gemietet werden.
44m2 - sehr zentral - Parkett - renovierter Altbau - Waschmaschine - Trockner - Küche mit Ofen / Spülmaschine / etc - möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Tisch, Regale etc - Bad mit Badewanne
Meine Möbel lasse ich zur kostenlosen Mitbenutzung in der Wohnung, würde sie aber auch heraus räumen bei bedarf.
Die Wohnung ist in der 2. Etage, hat einen Balkon zur Marktgasse und zum Erlenring oder zum Kino läuft man höchstens 5 bis 6 min.
Das Hörsaalgebäude ist fußläufig 4 min entfernt und man hat in der Oberstadt sehr gute Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Da die Wohnung in der 2. Etage ist, ist es nicht wirklich laut.
