ich suche ab 01.06. oder 01.07. eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine süße 20m²-Wohnung.
Hier ein paar Daten:
- 20 m²
- kleine Singleküche mit Kühlschrank und genügend Stauraum
- kleines Bad mit Dusche
- ca. 13-14m² Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer
- nur 290 € warm inkl. Heizkosten (ohne Strom)
- Einbauschrank vorhanden
- nur 350€ Kaution
Die Wohnung würde ich ab dem 01.06. oder 01.07. frisch gestrichen abgeben. Ich bin sehr flexibel, was den Auszug angeht.
Außerdem würde ich, wenn gewünscht, kostenlos das Sofa und das Regal dazugeben.
Super Verkehrsanbindung! Die Wohnung ist im beliebten Stadtteil Ortenberg. Man kommt in 15 Minuten in die Stadt, in 10 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt. Die Buslinie 6 hält quasi direkt vor der Haustür und man kommt so in 5 Minuten in die Stadt und in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
