Ich suche ein/e Nachmieter/in für meine schöne helle vollmöblierte 1½ZKB Wohnung (ungefähr 30 m2). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Südviertel, Bushaltestelle (Frankfurterstraße/Theater) direkt vor der Tür (fast alle Linien: 1-2-3-4-7), mit dem Bus erreicht man Rudolphsplatz in 7 Minuten. Der Südbahnhof ist auch in nur 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einem Tiefparkplatz und einem großen Keller. Vor/Nachteil: Sie ist komplett möbliert (fast alle ganz neue IKEA Möbel) und alle Möbel müssen gegen ein kleines VB Entgelt übernommen werden. Ideal also für diejenige die keine Möbel haben. Außerdem muss sie selbst gestrichen werden. WM 370€+Strom + 570 Kaution. Was die Frage „ab wann?“ angeht, bin ich ganz flexibel: ab 1.06, 1.07, 1.08, 1.09 möglich.
