Hallo,liebe Wohnungssuchende Studenten
ich suche zum 01,09,2016 einen Nachmieter für mein 1 Zimmer Appartement in Marburg Wehrda.
Das Appartement ist ca.24qm groß, hat einen Balkon und ist meist eine kleinen Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Zu den Haus ist es sehr leise und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Miete ist bei mir momentan 270Euro kalt plus 90Euro Nebenkosten, Vermietet wird über eine Hausverwaltung, die aber nur Studenten für das Appartement nehmen. Keine 200m entfernt gibt es eine Bushaltestelle wo die Linien 1 und 4 abfahren die tagsüber fahren.
Voraussetzung für mieten ist, dass man muss die Möbeln, die in den Bildern zeigt plus das Deckenlampe und ein Staubsauger übernehmen. Alles inklusive nur 200Euro.
