Die Wohnung hat im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer Parkettboden und alle Zimmer (außer der Flur) haben Fenster.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradstellraum im Keller, sowie einen großen gepflegten Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
Einmal die Woche kommt unser Hausmeister und Gärtner (in den Nebenkosten enthalten).
Haustiere sind nach Absprache erlaubt. :)
Mein Sofa und mein Kleiderschrank können für kleines Geld übernommen werden, wenn Interesse besteht!:)
Super zentral und ruhig in der schönen Weidenhäuser Straße gelegen!
Erlenringcenter mit Rewe, DM, Apotheke und Ärzten in ca. 3 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Erlenring) sind es zu Fuß ca. 4 Minuten und zum Rudolphsplatz ca. 8 Minuten.
Aquamar, Unistadion und der Northhamptonpark sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe :)
Stromkosten und Internet sind nicht im Preis enthalten.
Die Nachbarin in der Wohnung über mir teilt sich aktuell das Wlan mit mir und wäre da denke ich zukünftig auch weiter dran interessiert :) bisher hat das immer super geklappt.
