Sehr süße Wohnung im Herzen von Marburg :)
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat alles, was man braucht: Küche mit Herd und Mini-Ofen, Bad mit Badewanne und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Das schönste ist aber natürlich der Ausblick direkt auf die Lahn. :)
Die Deckenhöhe im Bad beträgt nur etwa 1,85m, also hier gilt: kleiner sein oder Kopf einziehen ;)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top. Die Uni ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (das Ahrens ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). In die Oberstadt und zum Erlenring braucht man etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ich suche eine*n ordentliche*n und gewissenhafte*n Mieter*in, der/die auch bereit wäre, für die Zeit meine Pflanzen zu gießen ;)
